From a single registry desk to a six-office global practice
SmartFlex Solutions was established in London in 2011 by a small team of registry and fund operations specialists who believed that shareholder services had grown too rigid, too slow, and too disconnected from the companies they were meant to serve.
What started as a boutique transfer agency for early-stage issuers has grown into a global practice spanning transfer agency, shareholder registry, investment fund administration, public company support and IPO advisory — without losing the responsiveness that made us different in the first place.
Today, SmartFlex supports more than 500 corporate and fund clients across six international offices, administering upwards of $42 billion in assets while keeping every relationship personal, direct and genuinely flexible.
